A hands-on Regional Sales Director role, responsible for the coaching, management and development of a team of 6 Area Sales Managers across the North of England and Scotland

The Role - Regional Sales Director:

  • A hands-on regional sales manager role, managing and developing a team of 6 Area Sales Managers
  • Field based leading from the front, managing team performance, mentoring and motivating
  • Looking at the strategic growth of the region and the setting goals and objectives
  • Helping manage and develop your regions key accounts, and identify growth opportunities
  • You will also play at active part in entertaining the regions key accounts

The Team:

  • Selling an award-winning range of roof windows and rooflights
  • 40% managing & developing the relationship with national and independent merchants
  • 60% creating demand & winning business with regional house builders, local developers, contractors and installers
  • All business they win will be back-sold through their merchants

The Successful Applicant - Regional Sales Director:

  • Most importantly you will have experience of managing and leading a field sales team, and be someone that leads from the front to influence your teams performance.
  • This experience would ideally have been gained from within the construction, KBB or interiors industry, although not essential
  • You'll be as comfortable managing a sales team, as you are in front of customers helping manage and develop key accounts
  • Whilst possessing emotional intelligence, effective communication skills and a passion for sales and sales management
