- Role: Energy Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:Â As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to our existing customer portfolio. These customers are in their renewal window, seeking to renegotiate their energy tariffs.
- Handle hot leads generated by our Lead Generation team.
- Establish customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
- Liaise with energy providers to source the right solutions.
- Provide accurate written quotations to customers while maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Utilize a consultative and value-driven approach to negotiate and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B telesales environment.
- Familiarity with the energy sector.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
- A collaborative team player who can work under pressure.
Compensation:Â We offer an industry-leading package:
- Base salary: £28 - 30,000 pa
- Uncapped commission
