In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for business development, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You'll Be Doing:- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, using CRM tools to track interactions and leads
- Expanding the customer base and identifying new business opportunities
- Promoting and selling high-performance products to meet customer needs and boost sales
- Managing project pipelines, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing
- Preparing quotes and contracts to support business growth
- Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction materials industry)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and IT proficiency
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
