We are recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to work as part of a small team although this is a brand new role where you will receive extensive training working 8.30am - 5pm based in LE5 with Parking and as The Internal Sales Representative will support existing customers while trying to identify new business offering information on the huge product range.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing existing business along with being able to demonstrate growing new business and on occasion you might visit suppliers or customers to improve business knowledge

Key Responsibilities as the Internal Sales Representative

  • Searching new business opportunities by leads, websites and customer base.
  • Support customers base with prices, product range offer, training, technical support and any other needs.
  • Identify correct decision makers within target customers (designers, architects,

manufacturers, facilities managers etc.)

  • Developing customer database on Sage.
  • Build knowledge about the competition within the marketplace and feedback to

the business

  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Documenting customer information and sharing with Sales Manager and Back-office.
  • Staying up-to-date with the company's new products and features.
  • Budget responsibility defined by branch operation manager.

Ideal experience as the Internal Sales Representative

  • Proven work experience within Internal Sales.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Sage and good typing speed.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills.
