Internal Sales Representative
- Annual Salary: Up to £32k base salary plus annual performance bonus (10 to 15%)
- Location: Hamilton, Leicester – hybrid (with 1 day at home)

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a prestigious company with a 50-year history and a turnover of 320m EUR. Specialising in technical textiles for manufacturers of awnings, blinds, marquees, and tarpaulins, we offer a wide and innovative product range. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is a skilled new business hunter and relationship builder, with a track record of driving growth through new client wins or nurturing existing/old clients.
Day to day of the role:
- Manage inbound leads and effectively handle customer enquiries.
- Generate new leads through warm and semi-cold calls to low spend or dormant customers.
- Take full ownership of accounts and deals.
- Collaborate with an experienced and stable UK team, while also working independently.
- Contribute to the company’s growth-focused strategy in the UK market by engaging with a vast database of customers.
- Enjoy a role with significant freedom and independence, without the pressure of call quotas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an internal sales representative, with a focus on new business development and proactive account management.
- Confident in working independently and taking full ownership of sales processes.
- A positive and enthusiastic mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
- Ability to learn and understand the technical details of our product range.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
