  • Sales management of mobile spare parts, promote both service and parts sales, collecting needs from customers/dealers and ensure timely execution of the orders placed.
  • Technical support on spare parts to customer and sales department
  • Promote aftermarket offering for Service and Spare Parts to mobile customers
  • Promote Service Contracts and extended warranty options to customers
  • Provide timely and update quotations for both parts and service
  • Technical Support to customers and dealers about spare parts needed
  • Maintain accurate customer crane fleet details
  • 37.5 hour week with some fluidity around hours dependent on business/role needs
Key Competences
  • Passion for what you do - sales experience isn't essential, we're looking for the right person with the right attitude
  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to sell service contracts into OEMs
  • Promote the benefits of OEM quality products
  • Meticulous in building and driving data
  • Technical background in a field based environment
  • Understand customer fleets and the technical aptitude for customer facing scenarios
  • Good computer skills
  • OEM background – cranes, construction or agricultural
  • Ability to organise own workload – independent self starter
  • Willingness to stay away, when needed
