Location: Leicester (LE3)
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 15:30 (overtime available)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Finisher / Fettler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in metal finishing, grinding, and deburring, who is looking to join a supportive and growing team with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

Fettling, grinding, and deburring metal components to a high standard

Using hand tools, grinders, and air tools to smooth and finish metal parts

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Working from technical drawings and instructions

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Assisting other areas of production when required
Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience as a fettler, grinder, or metal finisher is essential

Confident in using hand tools, angle grinders, and other finishing equipment
-
Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for quality

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
A team player with a flexible approach to work

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
