Your new companyYou will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This high-profile and multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the industry. This organisation offers excellent opportunities to move into more leadership roles and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to work on water schemes in the Leicestershire area.Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will be based on sites in the Leicestershire area and your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct labour and subcontractors
  • Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
  • Maintaining an accurate site diary
  • Undertaking site audits and inspections
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to specified quality.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Proven successful experience in leading delivery teams
  • Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
