Job Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Conversion Team Leader with hands-on experience in camper van refitting or **boat fitout**, particularly in electronics, systems and wiring. If you’re an experienced Workshop Supervisor looking to lead a small, skilled team, manage exciting conversion projects, and enhance customer experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the workshop operations, ensuring all projects are completed to high standards and within deadlines.
Strong knowledge of wiring and systems installations for camper van conversions and other vehicles.
Lead and mentor a small team of technicians, helping them develop their skills and ensuring smooth workflow.
Communicate with clients to fully understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Manage the workshop schedule, ensuring effective workflow, resource allocation, and process improvements.
Implement and uphold health and safety protocols within the workshop, maintaining a safe environment.

What You’ll Need:
Expertise in electronics and wiring, particularly in coachbuilding, camper van refitting, or boatbuilding / outfitting.
Proven experience in a supervisory or workshop management role within a similar environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Strong IT and admin skills - ability to track and report on progess and projects using technology.

A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to balance hands-on work with managerial responsibilities.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
