Engineering Project ManagerMonday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (Flexibility in hours required to meet company demands)Enhanced Pensions SchemeTraining and Growth Opportunities'Main purpose of the role: Support the delivery strategic bakery projects, from inception to completion within approved budgets, providing value for money and delivering to timelines to meet the strategic capital investment plan as agreed by the GEB. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team at our food production site. In this role, you will lead and manage engineering projects aimed at enhancing our production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:* Support the Manufacturing Team (operations, technical, engineering, hygiene, SHE) in delivering the business improvement plans. * Develop strong professional networks with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and understand stakeholder requirements for each project. * Maintain appropriate records to clearly demonstrate the establishment of key success criterion (as per the user requirements specification) for each project; also including project timeliness; budget and cost variations to budget; and safety, environmental and quality parameters. * Maintain and promote the project management processes and procedures: across the bakery, including manufacturing team sign-offs, handovers, change management and training needs. * Support the team in maintaining detailed documentation to demonstrate the statutory and legislative compliance of projects including planning and building regs, CDM 2015, PUWER, management of contractual obligations; hygienic manufacture and validation specifications. * Works with manufacturers to develop and understand life cycle costings and sustainability are fully considered during the design and construction processes, through consultation with colleagues within the team and the bakery.
