A Contracts Manager with expertise in NEC Contracts is needed for a Leicester-based client, offering a salary between £42,000 and £48,000 per annum.
The position is permanent and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have previous project management experience, preferably in highways or related fields such as Civil Engineering.
The role involves managing multiple service contracts and overseeing a medium-sized on-site team while ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Additional benefits include a discretionary annual bonus, a company car, 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension plan with up to 10% matching contributions.

Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. This role will require you to take ownership of multiple service contracts or projects within highway electrical infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who ideally has highways/road experience but welcome applicants from related industries such as Civil Engineering and Local Authority Maintenance.

What will the Contracts Manager be doing?

Support end to end management of installations across the West and East Midlands
Management of medium sized on site team ensuring all H&S, quality objectives and delivery timescales are met
Overseeing the planning of your team's work
Management of a wide portfolio of projects at the same time, varying in value from £10K to £500K

What we are looking for in the Contracts Manager?

Previous experience in Project Management – essential
Experience within highways or Section 278 works – desirable
Able to read, interpret and understand construction drawings
