They are subcontractors to national and regional housebuilders including Bovis Homes, Persimmon Homes, Kendrick Homes and Keepmoat Homes, with projects valuing between £5m-£30m.

- Managing 6-7 sites with the Project Managers of each site picking up finishing jobs
- Ensuring the sites are running efficiently, effectively and profitably
