Contracts Manager - HVAC | Leicester | 40 hours per week | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum – negotiable for the candidate
Our client, a leading provider of construction, mechanical and electrical, and shopfitting solutions, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will oversee a range of projects. You will manage multiple contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Are you the right person for the job?
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, and electrical contracts
- Previous experience of working with HVAC
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
What will your role look like?
- Oversee contracts from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all projects meet health and safety standards
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
