The Role:

As a Service Contract Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer service contracts. You'll ensure accurate processing of orders, manage billing and revenue recognition, and deliver outstanding customer service that maximises client satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service contracts from initial enquiry to order processing, billing, and remittance using SAP.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of service offerings, pricing strategies, and contractual terms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in contract management, order processing, or related customer service roles.
  • Competent user of SAP and proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 15%).
