The Role:
As a Service Contract Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer service contracts. You'll ensure accurate processing of orders, manage billing and revenue recognition, and deliver outstanding customer service that maximises client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service contracts from initial enquiry to order processing, billing, and remittance using SAP.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of service offerings, pricing strategies, and contractual terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
- Optimise revenue recognition, contract margins, and resolve invoice disputes effectively.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in contract management, order processing, or related customer service roles.
- Competent user of SAP and proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 15%).
