We are seeking a qualified and experienced fee earner to join this dynamic and growing Property team in Leicester.
You will be joining a supportive and top-ranked Legal 500 law firm.
This role is open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with expertise in plot sales conveyancing and other residential development matters.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day plot conveyancing on new build developments, as well as any associated part-exchange and resale transactions, providing a comprehensive service to the firm’s developer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plot sales conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Handle part-exchange and resale transactions associated with new-build developments
- Collaborate within a Partner-led team to deliver exceptional client service to national and regional house builders and developers
- Assist with site acquisition, setup, and infrastructure and planning work (preferred but not essential)
- Provide oversight and training to junior colleagues, as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in plot sales conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in overseeing and mentoring junior team members is advantageous
