KM Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Trainer Assessor, either Trainee or Qualified, based in Leicestershire and surrounding areas with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on skills and experience.
This full-time, permanent role offers excellent holiday entitlement, mileage, pension, and more, and requires flexibility with travel.
Trainee candidates will receive full training and support to achieve the Assessor award while leveraging their experience in the Logistics sector to deliver vocational qualifications.
Candidates must have solid occupational competency in Logistics/Supply Chain at the Team Leading level or above, and experience in delivering staff training is highly desirable.
A full, clean driving license and the use of a vehicle are required, along with the ability to deliver Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT.

Must hold solid occupational competency within Logistics/Supply Chain at Team Leading level or above.
Experience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.

Must be flexible with travel.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

Duties:

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Customer Service (Level 3).
Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
Delivering via a mix of face to face, remote and workshop delivery.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
