Our dedicated residential property team has years of experience in guiding individuals, couples and families through all aspects of a property transaction.
What youll do as Paralegal:
- Performing basic conveyancing tasks
- Commissioning and interpreting searches
- Assisting with property enquiries.
What were looking for in a Paralegal:
- A degree in Law or a relevant field (LPC qualification is desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar role, particularly within conveyancing would be advantageous.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on conveyancing legal issues (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of the Land Registry portal system together with the ability to lodge SDLT applications in respect of leasehold and freehold transactions would be advantageous
