Credit Controller

Your new companyHays is working with an exciting Facility Management company who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. They have grown to five different brands in the UK, offering eight different services with nearly 300 franchisees in their network. Your new roleThis company is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to ensure timely invoice collection. You should possess a "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills. Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. You will need to communicate professionally and positively, both over the phone and in writing, to secure customer payments and answer queries promptly. Your proactive approach will help minimise aged debt risk to business. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc support to the Finance department. What you'll need to succeed

• Experience/success in credit control (Essential)
• Good client relationships, both internally and externally, at all levels.
• Knowledge on systems like Microsoft Office, Excel and Sage 200.
• Desirable relevant Qualifications (or studying towards) in credit management
• Desirable debt recovery to Legal experience
