Credit Controller

SF Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller who is available at short notice to work for our client in South Leicester on a temp to permanent basis.

Job purpose -

To collect cash by chasing overdue payments through building rapport with clients.

Primary Duties and responsibilities –

• Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the billing, collections and credit control process
• Resolve invoice queries
• Send client statements, and chase payments via email and phone
• Monthly credit checks/credit checks for new clients
• Monitoring of the Bank Account, posting payments and receipts and completion of the bank reconciliations
• Provide first point of contact for internal staff and external clients and suppliers
• General housekeeping of the Ledger by reconciling receipts or credit notes with invoices
