The Professional Services Department at SF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our service team and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will assist with managing incoming customer queries, coordinating job assignments, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with queries where possible.
  • Raise new reactive and servicing jobs on the system, allocating engineers accordingly.
  • Review engineers' schedules to ensure all job notes, paperwork, and images have been submitted, and that the time scheduled for jobs is accurate (this is a daily task for the previous day's work).
  • Follow up with engineers to ensure paperwork and job notes are completed.
  • Update customer systems with job status and relevant notes.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to generate customer reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Confident and professional demeanour with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, with experience in maintaining records and spreadsheets.
