Due to this growth, they are now looking for an ambitious Administrator to join their busy service team in Leicester.

You will play an integral part of their exciting journey, where you will get the opportunity to progress, upskill and most importantly feel supported by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, ensuring seamless client interactions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communicate updates to customers through email and phone.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
