Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Thurmaston
Salary: Up to £23,500k Per Annum
The Company:
Our client is provider of bathroom and shower fittings for both commercial and residential properties. They are looking to add to their team and bring on a customer call advisor for their small team in Thurmaston.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an organised and proactive call handler, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications.
- Maintains own level of competence.
- Good telephone Manner
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Answering the phones in a proficient manner
- Emails responded to and up to date by end of the day.
- Administration Tasks
- processing Customer orders
- Dealing with enquires and complaints in a professional Manner
