About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at the BMW MINI Contact Centre where support, incentives, and fun still remains a key aspect of the working day.

This role will be based at our head office as a full-time position.

Situated at our Head office near Fosse Park, Leicester, the Contact Centre team will be responsible for handling numerous customer queries ranging from customers looking to secure a booking for repair work on their vehicles to customers requesting for costs on servicing.

Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

About you

You will be customer focused, target driven, a team player and always aiming to be the best. You will have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers over the phone.

You will be a natural at creating special customer experiences over the phone. You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be articulate and confident and have the necessary experience to carry out the required duties of this important and exciting role.

Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
