  • Assist new and existing customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Process applications for insurance and consultancy services, including renewals.
  • Provide product information and support administrative changes, such as cancellations or updates.
  • Work with underwriters to facilitate new insurance proposals.
  • Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Proactively up-sell and cross-sell additional products (no cold calling).
Your Objectives:
  • Effectively communicate policy details to ensure customers fully understand their purchases.
  • Achieve targeted renewal retention rates by collaborating with the Sales Team.
  • Consistently meet quality assurance benchmarks and performance KPIs, including upselling targets.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Exceptional customer service experience, ideally involving CRM or equivalent systems.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills to support customer needs.
  • Motivation to achieve positive results and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with insurance, the contractor market, or IR35 legislation.
  • Previous office-based work experience.
