About The Job:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and resolving customer queries in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building positive customer relations by managing their communications, expectations, and requirementsHandling customer queries and orders efficientlyProviding price quoting to customersVetting purchase orders and ensuring accurate data entryProcessing customer schedules and tracking ordersMonitoring customer websites for updates and requirementsLiaising with customers to keep them informed of order progressSupporting with quality compliance and handling customer complaintsCollaborating with internal departments to resolve customer queriesDemonstrating commitment to the organisation's management system

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of two years' experience in a customer contact environment (preferred but not essential)Experience working with ERP systemsWorking knowledge of export documentation and legislationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPC literate with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build positive rapport with customers quicklyEffective negotiation and influencing skillsStrong organisational and time management skills
