Salary: £17 - £20 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain effective communication across multiple channels
- Manage demand and supply forecasting
- Create and track orders
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in Sales Administration/Customer Service
- Proficiency in IT and ERP systems
- Excellent organisation and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
