THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator working for a business based in Leicester. This role will be to assist in day to day administrative tasks whilst maintaining elevated levels of customer service. This is a permanent full time position. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:To forge and maintain strong relationships with our customers Ordering vehicles with our dealer network for both personal and business customersArranging all financial documentation in accordance with the customers contractDealing with customer enquiries via email and telephoneTo ensure all paperwork is accurate before being processed by the accounts departmentPerforming a wide range of office and administrative tasks whilst working closely with the sales and account management teamProviding our clients with regular updates EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:Strong administration skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritise workloadHigh attention to detailFlexible working approachProfessional attitudeEnthusiasticPunctual & reliable
