One of our clients in Leicester are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

A market leading retail client, this role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your customer service skills and further your career.

This role will involve answering calls and emails, managing queries, whilst ensuring the customer is receiving a positive experience.

We are looking for someone:

Has good customer service skills, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
Who can work part of a team and support each other with administration tasks.
Good communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30, working 1 in 3 weekends with 2 days off in the week.

26,000 salary plus company benefits.
