Service Advisor Vacancy - Leicester

Salary: Basic -26,000K OTE 35,000K
Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 - 17:30 OR 8:00 - 18:00 1 in 2 Sat mornings (08:00 - 12:00 Noon)

Service Advisor role:

  • These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
  • As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Booking and arranging customers vehicles into the service department.
  • Engaging with existing customers
  • Selling and advertising our dealerships services and products.
  • Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
  • Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Well-mannered and ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
