- Accurately enter and process customer orders as a Service co-ordinator
- Verify product availability and work with the warehouse team.
- Track orders and coordinate with logistics for timely shipments as a Service Co-ordinator.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or customer queries.
- Ensure data integrity in our system and provide regular updates to clients.
- Communication to the Sales Management and the Sales Representatives detailing any problems which may become apparent with the customer, independent public relations to the customers in co-ordination with all related parties as a Service Co-ordinator.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills as a Service Co-ordinator
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with order processing software as a Service Co-ordinator.
- Previous experience in a similar role as order processor is essential
