Pay: 16-18 inclusive of shift premium
Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 ( Early finish on Friday 13:00)

We are looking for a Bench Hand Joiners to join our client based in Leicester on a permanent contract, on morning shift.Our client is a manufacturer all interior for hotels, commercial businesses and restaurants/bars. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components to create furniture, doors, windows, and other wood-based products.
- Operate various hand tools (e.g., saws, planes, chisels) and power machines (e.g., drills, sanders) to perform joinery tasks with precision.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate construction of wooden items.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain tools and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition for efficient production.
Ideal candidate :
- Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner in Construction industry
- Must have own hand power tools
- Experience of using hand / air tools
- Experience of using measuring systems to ensure quality adherence
- Worked on all types of wood
