We’re looking for someone who enjoys travelling and isn’t afraid to get hands-on when needed. As  Operations Manager you’ll oversee 12 retail stores in the north region spanning from Northampton to Edinburgh.

The Role

 You’ll be responsible for implementing store strategies and ensuring they’re executed flawlessly across multiple locations. Leading a team of Store Managers and three Regional Support staff, you’ll provide the guidance and motivation needed to achieve success in each store. When unexpected situations arise, you won’t hesitate to step in and cover a store yourself.

Let’s not forget the all-important reporting!! You should be eager & able to analyse data, report on it, and proactively make suggestions and decisions following your findings.

Salary: OTE £40k + Car
