My client is seeking a Sales Branch Manager for their branch in Blaby, Leicester.  About the Role As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and growth of the branch. Your main objective will be to meet and exceed business targets, provide strong leadership to your team, and maintain an exceptional level of customer service. You’ll be proactive, staying informed about changes in the market and aiming to increase profitability and market share with a focus on achieving high street market leader status. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure all business objectives are achieved
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to maximise opportunities and drive profitability
