The Role:
- Lead the digital and web strategy in a thriving business environment.
- Take ownership of key KPIs like traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, driving real growth.
- Be part of a supportive, vibrant team culture with plenty of growth potential.
- Managing and optimising product listings on a Shopify-powered website.
- Overseeing digital merchandising to ensure data, imagery, and content accuracy.
- Driving SEO strategies, including content creation and website optimisation.
- Reviewing competitor websites and making impactful UX improvements.
- Analysing and reporting on website performance metrics and customer behaviour.
- Collaborating on traffic-driving initiatives and paid marketing campaigns.
The candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website management.
- Exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external agencies.
- Shopify experience is desirable, but not essential.
