The Role:

  • Lead the digital and web strategy in a thriving business environment.
  • Take ownership of key KPIs like traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, driving real growth.
  • Be part of a supportive, vibrant team culture with plenty of growth potential.
  • Managing and optimising product listings on a Shopify-powered website.
  • Overseeing digital merchandising to ensure data, imagery, and content accuracy.
  • Driving SEO strategies, including content creation and website optimisation.
  • Reviewing competitor websites and making impactful UX improvements.
  • Analysing and reporting on website performance metrics and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborating on traffic-driving initiatives and paid marketing campaigns.

The candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and website management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Shopify experience is desirable, but not essential.
