Are you a mechanical design engineer, looking for a senior position within an industry leading manufacturing company, providing bespoke machinery to the food and beverage industries, where you will have a high degree of creative freedom and play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the business?

You will be responsible for designing a range of manufacturing systems including conveyor systems, rotary turntables, tanks and vessels, and access platforms. Working closely with a small design team and the wider manufacturing department, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth by ensuring deadlines are met and liaising with a variety of external stakeholders.

The role:

  • Research, development, design, and testing of bespoke machinery
  • Working on Autodesk Inventor
  • Following the full product lifecycle with plenty of variety
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects remain within budgetary and time constraints

The person:

  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Experience in designing conveyor systems for food, beverage, packaging or pharmaceutical industry
  • Autodesk Inventor experience
