As a Teaching Assistant in a PRU or Alternative Provision, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing space for students who need additional guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support frameworks.
  • Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with students, encouraging active engagement and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one, a new one costs £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us
  • Hold the right to work in the UK
