As a Teaching Assistant in a PRU or Alternative Provision, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing space for students who need additional guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised one-to-one and small group assistance to students with varying needs.
- Support the execution of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support frameworks.
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with students, encouraging active engagement and academic growth.
- Work closely with educators and specialists to ensure a collaborative, inclusive learning atmosphere.

- Relevant Experience: Experience in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly beneficial.

- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one, a new one costs £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us
- Hold the right to work in the UK
