We work withschools in Coalville and the surrounding area to provide essential supply staff to cover day-to-day and long-term absences. Whether you're looking for a newstart or want to try your hand at supply - give us a call!Your new roleIn your new job as a Teaching Assistant with Hays, you will play an essential rolein creating a safe and supportive learning environment where children canexplore, learn and grow. You will support pupils throughout the school day from getting into the classroom to delivering 1:1 teaching and learning support.You'll foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues andcollaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experienceof the young people. What you need to succeedTo be successful as a Teaching Assistant with Hays, you will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. As well as recent experience working in a school setting, you'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support children with EHCPs or who speak English asan additional language. Ideally, you will be familiar with one or more phonics schemes and be confident supporting phonics in the classroom. Most importantly,you will be adaptable to working in different environments and confident stepping in to a new school!What you'll get in return
