As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a care home specialising in complex mental health.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining high-quality care.
- Overseeing the care of residents with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
- Managing and developing a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborating with the regional team to implement best practices.
- Engaging with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction.
- Driving continuous improvement in care delivery.
