Sonic Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our client in Leicester.
The role offers a competitive salary along with a discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and additional benefits.
Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with AutoCAD, along with knowledge of IEC 60204 and IEC 61439.
Experience with the product CE marking process and DFMEA is also required, as well as strong communication skills.
This position may be suitable for various engineering roles including electrical design engineer and control systems engineer.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will:

Reviewing design requirements and producing design calculations and documentations

Produce electrical writing diagrams using AutoCAD

Review and approve design information from other team members

Oversee the CE marking process

Conduct technical investigations and preform root cause analysis

Requirements: As an Electrical Design Engineer, you must have:

Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience with AutoCAD Electrical

Knowledge of IEC 60204 and IEC 61439

Experience of product CE marking process and DFMEA

Strong communication skills
