- BEng or equivalent electrical/ electromechanical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- An understanding of both electrical & mechanical engineering processes.
- Positive & keen-to-learn attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- In-depth training including training of the company’s products & processes as well as support towards further qualifications & management courses if needed.
- Exposure to all different CNC’s, electrical, mechanical & electromechanical equipment, machinery & systems.
- Being involved & gaining experience in various phases including installations, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance & calibration.
- Working on various projects to expand your skills.
- Opportunity to participate in the sales/ technical sales side of things such as new contracts with customers, spare parts sales etc.
- Introduction & training for different softwares etc relevant to the industry.
- 50/50 split between site based & field based – early exposure to site visits, dealing with customers etc.
