A leading manufacturer is looking for two skilled Maintenance Engineers - one electrically biased and one mechanically biased - to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
The Role:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed to high standards of safety and compliance.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team to meet production demands.
- Record and update maintenance activities to improve asset performance.
Electrical Bias:
- Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Strong fault-finding skills with Siemens/Allen Bradley systems.
- Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) systems.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Access).
Mechanical Bias:
- Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- MIG/MMA welding experience (desirable).
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- Experience with TPM and PPM systems.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access).
Both roles require:
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Good SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) awareness.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
