Our client is an established manufacturing business, who are recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment to take on a Monday to Friday (days) based role at our client's production facility in Leicester.
The Role:
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for undertaking preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on electrical systems and equipment.
Your duties as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include but is not limited to the following;
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identify root casues and repair safely.
- Repair or replace faulty components e.g. motors, switches, wiring, circuit breakers etc etc
- Maintenance and repair of production machinery including conveyors, lifting equipment and more.
- Install, modify and upgrade electrical systems and equipment as and when needed
- Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and maintain PPM systems
Candidate:
You will be hard working, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
Experience within a Maintenance Engineering position.
Understanding of PLC's preferred, but not essential.
Hours Of Work:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
