Our client is an established manufacturing business, who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.We are seeking candidates with previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment to take on a Monday to Friday (days) based role at our client's production facility in Leicester.

The Role:The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for undertaking preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on electrical systems and equipment.

Your duties as an Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include but is not limited to the following;

  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identify root casues and repair safely.
  • Repair or replace faulty components e.g. motors, switches, wiring, circuit breakers etc etc
  • Maintenance and repair of production machinery including conveyors, lifting equipment and more.
  • Install, modify and upgrade electrical systems and equipment as and when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and maintain PPM systems

Candidate:

You will be hard working, enthusiastic and highly motivated.

Experience within a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer position.

Electrical qualifactions are desireable.

Understanding of PLC's preferred, but not essential.

Hours Of Work:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
