About the Role

We are collaborating with a top UK manufacturer and installer of domestic mechanical ventilation systems, delivering innovative solutions to enhance indoor air quality in homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install domestic ventilation systems in social housing and private properties
  • Carry out basic mould treatment and decorative touch-ups when required
  • Conduct Inspect, Repair, Replace (IRR) services on existing ventilation units
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional and courteous approach
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure efficient job completion
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment in top condition, ensuring safety and functionality
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including fit sheets, before & after photos, and electrical certification
  • Adhere to company risk assessments and method statements
  • Work closely with the scheduling team to manage job progress effectively
What We’re Looking For
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Competency in electrical installations with at least 2 years of electrical experience (preferred)
  • 17th/18th Edition qualification and a domestic electrical installer certificate or equivalent
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 or a relevant domestic installer qualification
  • Experience with core drilling and sealed unit (glass) installations
  • General trade skills related to installing ventilation fans, PIVs, HRUs, and ductwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, common-sense approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture
  • Basic IT skills for tablet/computer use
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
Desirable Qualifications (a Plus, but Not Essential)
  • NVQ Level 3, Inspection & Testing, JIB Electrician status
  • Part P Test & Inspect qualification
  • Previous experience with MEV products
