If you want to work for a company that will allow you to utilize your electrical skills and qualifications, then please keep reading. Initially, a 3-month contract this company will allow you to do reactive and PPM maintenance on a wide variety of interesting equipment.
You will be responsible for the following:
•The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for three key areas; Reactive Maintenance, Planned Preventative Maintenance, and Installation Project work. Breakdowns take priority to ensure the plant is kept running, with the rest of the week focused on PPMs and Project work.
•Electrical tasks include fault finding using a multimeter against electrical drawings, fault finding using a multimeter on PLCs (Siemens S5 & S7), fault finding, rectification and installation of panels, repairing AC and DC motors (Brake, Star Delta, and Soft Start), changing sensors, inverters, relays, and contactors.
You must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
• Must have a recognized Electrical qualification.
• Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer in an automated environment and experience in electrical installations.
• Electrical Fault finding with a multimeters against electrical drawings
