Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for a temporary contract focused on social housing in the East Midlands.
The position offers a pay rate of £24.50 per hour with CIS payments available and the potential for a permanent role.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 3, 18th edition certification, and ideally the 2391 qualification, along with their own transport.
The Electrician will work on kitchen and bathroom contracts, including 1st/2nd fix installs and testing and inspection in tenanted properties.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in the East Midlands. The is a temporary contract with the opportunity for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in tenanted and void social housing properties.

The Electrician will receive:

24.50 per hour
CIS payments available
Opportunity for permanent role and progression

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Work on kitchen and bathroom contract
1st/2nd fix installs
Testing and inspection
Working in tenanted social housing properties across the East Midlands
