We are seeking an Electrician to work in social housing properties throughout the East Midlands.
This is a temporary position that offers the potential to become permanent, with a van and fuel card provided.
The role involves performing remedial work, including tasks such as installing extractor fans, lighting, and sockets.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from £25 to £27, and applicants should have at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and 18th edition certification.
Candidates with social housing experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the East Midlands. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Hourly rate 25 - 27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Remedial work in social housing properties across the East Midlands
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition
Social housing experience
