Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for a social housing contract in the East Midlands.
The role involves installation work and responsive repairs in tenanted and void properties.
The salary is £24.50 per hour, with additional mileage compensation of 0.45p per mile.
Candidates must have NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3, 18th edition certification, and their own transport.
The position requires 38 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, and ongoing contract availability.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out installs work and responsive repairs in tenanted and void social housing properties.

The Electrician will receive:

£24.50 per hour
0.45p per mile
CIS payments available
Ongoing contract

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Work in tenanted domestic properties
Extractor fan installs
Responsive repairs
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
