Permanent Role

Monday to Friday role 

Mach are looking for a QA Technologist for the food manufacturing client based in Leicester.

This function will be reporting directly to the Food Safety Manager.

Main responsibilities involve conducting of factory validations for:

-    The HACCP, TACCP plans and associated meetings and action to take 

-    The site Allergen Cleaning Validation 

-    Species validation 

-    Cooking validation 

-    Cooling validation 

-    Suitable for Vegetarians Validation 

-    Other claims validation 

Responsibilities also cover technical administration and QMS systems management in terms of the trending and reporting of Customer KPI's and the management of Consumer complaints.

Who are we looking for:

-    Food Science/Technology/Science based subject qualifications desirable 

-    Professional qualifications beneficial

-    Technical experience in a food manufacturing business

-    Ideally experience of high / low risk production 

-    Drive and energy to progress career
