Salary: 38,000 + Overtime + Call-Out + Bonuses + Full Package

About the Role:
An established and independent fire and security installation company is seeking a Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team. This role involves fault finding, testing, and repairing malfunctioning systems in accordance with NSI regulations, as well as carrying out routine maintenance visits. Participation in the emergency call-out rota will also be required.
The company serves a range of commercial, retail, and high-value residential customers across the East Midlands, including Leicester, Coventry, Northampton, and Nottingham. If you are an engineer looking for a local coverage area, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in fire and security systems.
- Conducting routine maintenance in line with industry regulations.
- Ensuring all work meets NSI standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Participating in the emergency call-out rota as required.
Requirements:
- Experience with fire alarms (conventional and addressable), intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NSI regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
